Senior Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to support a high‑impact engagement within a transformation‑focused environment. The role will drive clear, consistent, and strategic communication across stakeholders during a period of organisational change.

Key responsibilities

• Support key transformation initiatives by developing and executing communication plans.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.
• Design and implement communication strategies independently.
• Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders to align communication with business objectives.
• Produce high‑quality written content, messaging, and communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field (post‑graduate qualification advantageous).
• 8‑10+ years of experience in strategic or corporate communications, preferably in change and transformation contexts.
• Proven experience in consulting or contractor‑based engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior/executive level.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
