Senior Business Intelligence Developer (AI & Data Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Business Intelligence Developer with deep expertise in AI‑driven data engineering to lead the design, development and delivery of advanced analytics solutions for our global projects. The role combines data pipeline architecture, Power BI reporting and intelligent automation to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and optimise end‑to‑end data pipelines and models using Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory and related technologies.
• Design scalable data‑warehousing and data‑lake solutions for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex data into business‑ready insights.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI‑driven BI solutions, including intelligent data agents and automation tools.
• Oversee data governance, security and compliance, including PII tracking and best‑practice implementation.
• Administer and optimise Azure and Power BI environments for performance, security and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, deliver tailored BI solutions and provide strategic consulting.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to elevate BI expertise across the organisation.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in business intelligence, data engineering and analytics.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale BI projects for international clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and training abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor and lead technical teams.
