SAP Business One Support Analyst

About the role

If you already have hands‑on SAP Business One experience and want to build deeper technical and support skills, this is a great opportunity to grow. Our client, an established group of companies, is looking for a SAP Business One Support Analyst to provide day‑to‑day support to users across the business. You will be the first point of contact for SAP B1 queries, troubleshooting problems, investigating transactions, managing access and authorisations, and assisting with reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day SAP Business One support to users.
• Troubleshoot SAP errors, queries and general system issues.
• Review transactions, master data and authorisations to identify root causes.
• Create and maintain SAP Business One user accounts and manage access.
• Run and distribute standard operational reports and assist with basic reporting queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of practical SAP Business One experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support requests.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing SAP Business One skills.
