About the role

APEX is Lesaka’s Future Leaders Accelerator, an 18‑month graduate programme designed for exceptional graduates who want more than a traditional scheme. From day one you are a permanent employee with a line manager and real business deliverables, rotating across technology, finance and operations functions within Africa’s leading fintech business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real business projects and executive‑sponsored challenges that impact Lesaka’s strategy and customers.
• Work with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify AI and technology opportunities that improve productivity and customer experience.
• Gain exposure to Lesaka’s markets, customers and operations across multiple geographies while building commercial and leadership capability.

Required profile

• Minimum 75 % academic average and relevant qualifications in technology, finance or operations.
• Demonstrated leadership through university, work, community or entrepreneurial activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, curiosity about technology and financial services, and ambition to work across functions.
