Sales Executive

About the role

InspHired Recruitment Solutions is seeking dynamic Sales Executives in Johannesburg to drive vehicle sales volume and margin. The role combines front‑line customer engagement, disciplined lead management, and proactive business development in a fast‑paced, digitally‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (minimum 8 vehicles per month).
• Respond to digital leads within 2 minutes and use video‑first tools (WhatsApp, Loom) to build trust.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM.
• Cross‑sell across all brands and locations, leveraging trade‑ins and stock swaps.
• Generate at least 30% of leads through referrals, social media, and personal networks.
• Deliver premium, theatre‑level customer experiences, including post‑sale follow‑up.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, documentation, and NCA requirements.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) – essential.
• NCA Accreditation (to be obtained within 3 months of start).
• 3–5 years proven vehicle sales experience with a record of selling 8+ vehicles per month.
• Success in digital‑first sales environments.
• Customer‑facing certifications or relevant diplomas are advantageous.
