Regional Manager – Gauteng North

About the role

We are currently seeking a well‑groomed Regional Manager to join our dynamic team in the Gauteng North area. The role will manage and oversee the Business Unit to ensure profitability, growth and revenue through planning, execution, support and leadership of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by implementing brand awareness initiatives, managing claim rates, and applying effective sales techniques to increase volume.
• Monitor and support Business Representatives through regular meetings, performance tracking, and customer visits to ensure service quality.
• Develop and execute business development and growth strategies, identify new dealers and distributors, and recommend product enhancements.
• Ensure governance by monitoring controls, managing risks, maintaining a risk register, and complying with legislation and policy frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, represent the business in meetings, and provide guidance on internal stakeholder matters.
• Lead people management activities including performance appraisals, training, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies.
• Oversee financial management by contributing to budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost‑reduction opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management (NQF 7); Honours degree (NQF 8) advantageous.
• 6–8 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes and practices.
• Computer literacy with experience in MS Office, SAP, ERP systems and Salesforce.
