About the role
The Sales Engineer will drive sales and account management for automation, PLC and control solutions within the Pretoria region. You will act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the company, delivering presentations, quotations and ongoing relationship support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Update and manage customer relationship information.
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan.
- Forecast performance, manage budgets and track actuals.
- Deliver company and technology presentations.
- Prepare formal quotations and cost estimates.
- Maintain and grow sales and customer relationships.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial control or SCADA solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
