Sales Development Representative

About the role

Duku is building a new trust layer for AI‑generated software and needs a proactive Sales Development Representative to shape the market. You will be the first voice technical buyers hear, creating the outbound engine that fuels the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel by building outbound prospecting from scratch, targeting CTOs and founders, qualifying them, and booking pipeline‑generating meetings.
• Craft compelling outreach messages that cut through busy engineering inboxes and elicit responses.
• Qualify prospects with strong judgment, separating genuine fit from noise to protect the sales team’s time.
• Feed real‑time feedback into the product and messaging loop, helping refine the ideal customer profile each week.
• Test and iterate on sequences, channels, hooks, and list sources, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.

Required profile

• High agency and owner‑mindset; you build your own prospect lists instead of waiting for hand‑overs.
• Sharp writer who can simplify complex ideas for technical audiences.
• Relentlessly curious about the product and the market.
• Proven track record of outbound success—meeting bookings and pipeline creation.
• Comfortable reaching and qualifying technical buyers in an early‑stage, ambiguous environment.
• Coachable, fast‑learning, and eager to sharpen outbound as a craft.
