Sales Coordination Supervisor – Construction Industry

About the role

Our client, a reputable manufacturer of precast concrete products for the construction and civil engineering sectors, is seeking a hands‑on Sales Coordination Supervisor. This full‑time position will lead a small internal sales and administration team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the internal sales and administration team.
• Oversee quotations, pricing, order processing and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate closely with production, dispatch and external sales teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency.
• Assist with delivery planning and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and operational performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal sales, sales administration or sales support.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Background in construction, building materials, manufacturing, engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Good commercial awareness and confidence when dealing with customers.
