Sales Clerk - Agricultural Products

About the role

Hinterland, part of Senwes, is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Clerk to support daily retail operations in its Hoopstad branch. The role delivers excellent service and drives direct sales, giving customers professional product advice on agricultural products while helping meet sales targets and branch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing agricultural products
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive direct sales within the branch
• Provide professional product advice to customers
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall branch performance

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• At least 2 years of experience in a direct sales environment
• Experience meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Good understanding of customer service principles and retail processes

Required skills

• Strong ability to assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
