About the role
JD Sports is hiring a Sales Associate for its Maponya Mall store. The role is a 120-hour position and centres on being an ambassador for the brand and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations
- Keep track of sales performance against targets
- Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
- Look for new sales opportunities
- Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Passion for people is a must; target-driven and experience-focused
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail
Candidates should ask their line manager to support their application. Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
