About the role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Agent to join Grocorp’s telesales team in Durban. The role focuses on turning cold calls into genuine relationships and converting conversations into sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and nurture leads.
- Use empathy, curiosity and product knowledge to engage prospects.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while reporting performance.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and celebrate wins.
Required profile
- Clear, enthusiastic communication style.
- Resilience and ability to bounce back from rejection.
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Team‑player attitude that supports colleagues.
- Completed Matric (high school) qualification.
