SaaS Sales Development Representative - Treasury & Corporate Finance

About the role

A boutique, employee-owned treasury and commercial finance advisory firm is hiring a full-time (40 hours per week), hands-on Sales Development Representative. The role is the first point of contact for CFOs and finance leaders at companies with turnovers up to $200M+, building a high-quality pipeline from the ground up using AI-powered technology and institutional-grade expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound activity across cold calling, email sequencing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research, identify and map target accounts and key finance decision-makers in the mid-market and institutional space.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads so they move smoothly to the leadership team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for data integrity and pipeline management.
• Refine outreach messaging based on market feedback and conversion data.
• Work with the founder and leadership to align prospecting strategy with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SDR or BDR in SaaS or a high-growth professional services environment.
• Strong track record in outbound prospecting, especially cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
• Hands-on mindset, preferring a front-line role rather than management.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to talk confidently with CFOs, treasurers and controllers.
• Nice to have: finance, treasury, FX or commercial lending background; early-stage sales experience; familiarity with the UK corporate finance landscape.
