About the role
We are seeking a proactive Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day branch operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch team.
- Ensure accurate stock management.
- Maintain company merchandising standards.
- Provide professional and efficient service to customers.
- Control operating costs and monitor branch expenses within approved budgets.
Required profile
- Minimum matric qualification.
- Retail or business‑related qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of retail experience, ideally in home décor, linen or furniture.
