Restaurant Team Member – Fast Food Service

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast‑food restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving menu items, handling customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items according to standard operating procedures (SOP) while maintaining speed of service.
• Grill and assemble food products following quality and food‑safety standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance with menu selections and answer customer queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, cashier, and food‑preparation areas.
• Support opening and closing duties as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
