About the role
Leading restaurant brand seeks an experienced Restaurant Operator to manage its Sandton / Rosebank location. The role requires overseeing all aspects of a full‑service restaurant, ensuring high service quality and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Detailed stock management and reporting.
- Customer relations and service quality control.
- Restaurant administration, food‑liquor costing, and opening & closing procedures.
- Staff management, motivation, training, and scheduling.
- Financial oversight, including budgeting and profit management.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in a full‑service restaurant environment.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff and motivate teams.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Hardworking with a solid employment history and reachable references.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated and seeking long‑term commitment.
What we offer
- Salary R30 000 – R35 000 CTC.
- 10 % profit share after probation.
