Reputation Management Consultant

About the role

The Reputation Management Consultant will join Discovery’s Reputation Management team, supporting the portfolios of Discovery Bank, Vitality and Sponsorships. Working closely with the senior Reputation Manager, you will be involved in high‑profile campaigns, product launches, executive communications and reactive media issues in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Reputation Management function across traditional, digital and social media channels.
• Assist with media relations by drafting press releases, media pitches, coverage reports and briefing documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, producers, influencers and other stakeholders.
• Support media events, executive interviews, activations and product launches.
• Contribute to reactive media handling, including drafting holding statements.
• Collaborate on broader team initiatives and provide ad‑hoc support where needed.
