Renewals Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

DigiCert, a global leader in digital trust, is looking for a Renewals Sales Specialist based in Cape Town. You will cover the region and drive renewals for the largest segment of DigiCert's customer base, delivering incremental revenue growth and bringing in net new business. The territory is Southern or Central Europe, and a second language such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with in-region Account Managers to build strong relationships with strategic customers, increase adoption, ensure retention and solve technology challenges.
• Drive renewals and net new business across the region.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing a full sales cycle (inside or field sales) in software, preferably SaaS, within large enterprise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish; an additional language is a plus.
• SaaS sales experience in the region is very advantageous.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, and ability to handle objections and negotiate.
