Reliability Manager

About the role

Join Arbex, a leading producer of household tissue brands, as a Reliability Manager. You will lead the development and implementation of reliability and maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance of the Enstra Mill assets, supporting billions of consumers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, rollout and continuous management of reliability programmes, maintenance planning, condition monitoring, lubrication and precision maintenance.
• Guarantee asset safety and compliance with internal standards and local statutory requirements, including machinery risk reduction and fire‑explosion controls.
• Drive reliability improvements through preventive‑maintenance optimisation, failure and root‑cause analysis, criticality assessments, reliability analytics and KPI tracking.
• Develop and coach the reliability team, fostering preventive and predictive maintenance capabilities and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Plan and execute plant shutdowns, manage engineering spares, stores processes, MOC systems and lifecycle‑cost reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• BSc or B‑Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering and maintenance experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience in reliability or maintenance management.
