FMCG Graduate Food Scientist

About the role
This entry‑level position is based in Springs, Gauteng, supporting the FMCG food science team. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and offers an hourly rate of ZAR 50. Candidates will work within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment, contributing to product quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in routine laboratory testing and product analysis.
- Support the development and optimisation of food products for the FMCG market.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant food safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address production and formulation queries.
Required profile
- Degree in Food Science or a related field.
- Recent graduates are welcome.
- Meticulous, accurate and hard‑working attitude.
- Reside within commuting distance of Sandton, Gauteng.
- One year of experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
