Registration Specialist – QA & Event Platforms

About the role

The company is a global leader in international exhibitions and conferences, seeking a Registration Specialist to ensure flawless registration experiences on its digital event platforms. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, data integrity, and system functionality, acting as the final quality gate before events go live.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive end‑to‑end QA testing of registration platforms across multiple concurrent events, devices and browsers.
• Validate custom registration journeys for visitors, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors and VIPs, ensuring correct form logic, pricing tiers and discount codes.
• Identify, document and track bugs, coordinating with technical partners to achieve full resolution before launch.
• Conduct copy and structural reviews to guarantee accurate grammar, spelling, branding and confirmation communications.
• Manage testing timelines, prioritize tasks and flag delivery risks to keep event launches on schedule.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA frameworks, test scripts and post‑event documentation.

• Demonstrated passion for precision and an eye for detail, able to spot subtle errors that others miss.
• Process‑driven mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a highly structured, checklist‑oriented environment.
