Regional Technical Manager – Healthcare Infrastructure & Facilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager to lead engineering, maintenance and facilities operations across a multi‑site healthcare portfolio. Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring asset performance, infrastructure reliability and compliance while supporting the organization’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering, maintenance and facilities management activities.
• Drive asset performance, lifecycle management and infrastructure reliability.
• Manage maintenance budgets, cost‑optimisation initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee capital projects, upgrades and infrastructure improvement programmes.
• Ensure engineering compliance, governance and risk‑management standards.
• Develop high‑performing technical teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or BTech qualification.
• 8‑10 years of post‑graduate engineering, maintenance or facilities management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Strong exposure to both electrical and mechanical engineering environments.
• Proven experience managing maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Leadership and stakeholder‑management capability, GCC advantageous.
