Regional Quality Manager – South Coast England

About the role

The Regional Quality Manager will lead Diageo’s quality initiatives across the South Coast of England, ensuring the On‑Trade business meets the company’s high quality standards. You will manage a team of Quality Executives, drive continuous improvement, and act as the primary point of contact for technical service delivery in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deploy the technical service model for the South Coast region, ensuring technical breakdowns are resolved within SLA.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of regional Quality Executives.
• Collaborate with Heads of Field & Technical, Innovation and Central Capability teams to drive quality improvements.
• Monitor regional and customer‑level performance, manage events and intervene to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
• Optimise internal and external resources across territories to maximise proactive work.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical or quality‑focused teams.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate and develop staff.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
