Regional Manager – Sub-Saharan Africa

About the role

dss+ is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead client engagements across Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will act as the primary client interface, leveraging deep industry expertise to design and deliver impactful solutions while shaping new methodologies for the global team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary client projects from inception to delivery.
• Design, incubate, and promote innovative methodologies and best practices across the firm.
• Manage project teams, ensuring high performance and strong client relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets within the region.
• Provide regional and global thought leadership to evolve service offerings.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing abilities.
• Proven expertise in a specific domain such as Mining, Oil & Gas, or Chemicals.
• Strong background in Operational Risk Management or Operational Excellence.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and driving results.
