Regional Financial Manager CA(SA)

About the role

The People Connection is looking for an ambitious CA(SA) to join its Regional Financial Manager role in Centurion. The organisation uses modern technology and AI and offers a varied role with exposure across seven regions. You will manage eight direct reports and a large debtors department of 17 people, so strong debtors knowledge is important.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the month-end and year-end processes, including flash reporting, while supporting the financial needs of seven regions.
• Provide broad operational exposure and a deeper understanding of the business across multiple locations.
• Travel across the seven regions, about two nights away from home each month; all travel costs are covered.
• Potential for future progression into a head office position.

Required profile

• Fully qualified CA(SA).
• At least four years of experience as a Financial Manager at this level.
• Experience managing teams and managing month-end and year-end processes.
• Experience in an industry with exposure to stock.

Required skills

• Comfortable producing and managing flash reports.
• Strong debtors management.
