Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment activities, practitioner onboarding, and daily HR administration. This full‑time remote position works US EST hours (9 am‑5 pm) and reports directly to the company owner.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with medical practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates, prepare offer letters and ensure all documentation is received.
• Assist with onboarding of new practitioners and PAs, ensuring completion of all required steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records and update recruitment databases.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the owner, managing tasks, deadlines and follow‑ups.
• Prepare documents, reports, correspondence and other administrative materials.
• Work with online systems, spreadsheets, email and business software, learning new tools as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment, preferably with interview and screening duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership of tasks and can work independently.
