About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Source top talent using various recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and present high‑calibre candidates to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close placements effectively.
• Grow and manage your own recruitment desk, meeting and exceeding performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience or strong sales/customer‑service background with a track record of billing or sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Resilient, ambitious, and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with confidence to build a desk from the ground up.
