About the role
Kickstart your HR career with Intelleto. We are looking for a recent Human Resources graduate to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions while gaining practical, hands‑on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, prepare paperwork and conduct orientations.
- Maintain employee records: ensure personnel files are accurate and up‑to‑date, update HR databases and systems.
- Support HR administration: prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
- Respond to general employee queries and help communicate HR policies.
- Perform additional HR tasks as required.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Enthusiastic, driven and eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
