Recruiting Operations Associate

About the role

Raydar is looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to act as a force multiplier across its recruiting engine. You will split your time between direct candidate interaction and behind‑the‑scenes operational work, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Run candidate conversations end‑to‑end, including outreach, screening, status updates, and relationship management.
• Build and maintain operational workflows across the ATS, CRM, and AI tooling stack.
• Use AI tools daily to source, evaluate, draft communications, summarize calls, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Partner with recruiters to keep pipelines clean, accurate, and moving.
• Surface insights about the US hiring market—compensation benchmarks, candidate sentiment, hiring trends.
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose or build AI‑enhanced solutions.
• Help shape how a modern recruiting agency operates from the ground up.

Required profile

• 0–5 years of experience in agency recruiting, sales, business development, or a comparable high‑volume, candidate‑ or client‑facing role.
• Heavy daily usage of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with strong opinions on what works.
• Strong understanding of the US hiring market, including roles, compensation, and geography.
• Genuine interest in technology and its impact on work, hiring, and operations.
• Operational mindset: spot inefficiencies, build systems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working remotely with high autonomy and accountability.
