Human Capital Systems Manager

We are seeking a Human Capital Systems Manager who is passionate about people, systems, data and AI to lead the evolution of our HC technology ecosystem. This role goes beyond system administration, driving digital transformation and intelligent solutions for hundreds of employees across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Human Capital technology landscape, including HRIS, ATS, payroll and related people systems.
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business and people strategy, driving enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement AI‑powered automation to streamline people processes and improve decision‑making.
• Serve as custodian of payroll systems, ensuring functionality, governance and optimisation in partnership with payroll teams.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to enhance ATS functionality, improve recruitment workflows and ensure scalability.
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver actionable workforce insights and champion data integrity across all HC systems.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience working with HR technology, HRIS, ATS and payroll systems.
• Proven track record leading system optimisation, integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of remuneration, payroll processes and related governance requirements.
• Experience managing vendors and cross‑functional stakeholders, including technology, finance and payroll teams.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI, automation or workflow transformation solutions.
