Recruiting Operations Associate

About the role

Raydar is looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to act as a force multiplier across its recruiting engine. The role blends candidate‑facing conversations with behind‑the‑scenes workflow management, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end candidate conversations, from outreach to relationship management.
• Design, implement, and maintain operational workflows across the ATS, CRM, and AI tooling stack.
• Use AI daily for sourcing, evaluation, drafting communications, summarising calls, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Partner with recruiters to keep pipelines clean, accurate, and moving.
• Surface market insights such as compensation benchmarks, candidate sentiment, and hiring trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose or build AI‑enhanced solutions.
• Help shape the operating model of a modern recruiting agency from the ground up.

Required profile

• 0–5 years of experience in agency recruiting, sales, business development, or a comparable high‑volume, candidate‑ or client‑facing role.
• Heavy daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with strong opinions on their effectiveness.
• Solid understanding of the US hiring market, including roles, compensation, and geography.
• Genuine interest in technology and its impact on work, hiring, and operations.
• Operational mindset: spot inefficiencies, build systems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy and accountability.
