Receptionist

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Jozini Tiger Lodge & Spa, a 4‑star lakeside retreat on the Elephant Coast. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage reservations and ensure a smooth, memorable stay for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, handle check‑in and check‑out, and provide information about lodge facilities.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations and modifications while keeping records accurate.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and complaints, arranging special services such as restaurant bookings or transportation.
• Provide local attraction, dining and activity information to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain confidential guest records, assist with billing and financial transactions.
• Build positive relationships with guests, handle feedback with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
