About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Cape Town office. The role supports the Group Finance – Corporate Real Estate team by delivering client‑centric front‑desk services and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors in a courteous, client‑focused manner.
- Answer, screen and route telephone calls, handling queries and providing general assistance.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels.
- Manage the reception area, control the flow of people and prioritize activities.
- Coordinate boardroom bookings, catering and room set‑up for meetings.
- Provide secretarial support, including document preparation and filing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and budget guidelines.
- Identify and suggest process improvements and support implementation of new tools.
- Participate in Nedbank culture‑building and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Required profile
