Quality Systems Engineer – Manufacturing

IMSAf is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to join its Manufacturing Department. The role focuses on embedding a customer‑centric mindset throughout the vehicle development process and ensuring quality objectives are met at launch.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and integrate customer‑focused decision making across all stages of vehicle development.
• Apply established quality processes and tools to monitor and improve product quality.
• Analyse customer quality data to identify trends, root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead problem‑solving activities using structured methodologies.
• Influence cross‑functional teams to adopt quality best practices and maintain organizational agility.
