Quality Control Controller (T2) – Head Office

About the role

The Quality Control Controller (T2) will ensure that product quality is maintained or improved through systematic inspections across pre‑production, production, and final stages. The role supports the quality department in qualifying products, handling non‑conformances, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑production, in‑process and final product quality inspections.
• Verify that corrective actions are implemented before final release.
• Ensure required testing equipment, both software and hardware, is available for product qualification.
• Assist investigations of non‑conformance reports from internal and external sources.
• Quarantine items that do not meet specifications and notify all stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in quality labs and work areas.
• Perform PCB inspections and testing using PCB test jigs.
• Report calibration, verification, or maintenance issues of test equipment to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Submit batch certificates and update the quality control database in a timely manner.

Required profile

• National Qualification N6 in Electronics.
• Minimum 5 years of quality control experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and documentation control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Organised, methodical, and capable of prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
