Quality Controller (T2) – Head Office

About the role

The Quality Controller (T2) ensures that product quality is maintained or improved through systematic inspections across pre‑production, production, and final stages. Working from the head office, you will verify that all items meet specifications and that corrective actions are applied promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑production, during‑production and final product quality inspections.
• Verify implementation of corrective actions during final inspection.
• Ensure products requiring qualification have the appropriate testing equipment, both software and hardware.
• Assist investigations of non‑conformance reports for internal and external providers.
• Quarantine non‑conforming items and notify all interested parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in quality labs and work areas.
• Perform PCB inspections and testing using PCB test jigs.
• Report calibration, verification, repair or maintenance issues of test equipment to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Submit batch certificates and update the quality control database promptly.

Required profile

• National Qualification N6 in Electronics.
• Minimum 5 years of quality‑control experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Working knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, with strong communication and documentation skills.
