Quality Assurance Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Assurance Quality Controller ensures that all raw materials, intermediates and finished beverages meet Coca‑Cola’s stringent quality and safety standards. You will work both in the laboratory and on the production line, applying analytical, chemical, physical and microbiological testing to guarantee product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analytical, chemical, physical and microbiological tests on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Perform in‑line quality checks (Brix, CO₂, torque, fill height, appearance) and verify compliance with Coca‑Cola Operating Requirements (KORE) and product specifications.
• Monitor key process parameters, intervene in real time, and approve or reject product batches based on test results.
• Record test results in laboratory systems, compile trend reports and maintain sample traceability.
• Investigate non‑conformances, consumer complaints and foreign‑matter incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain, calibrate and verify laboratory equipment according to SOPs and coordinate with service providers.
• Participate in internal and external audits (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, customer audits) and ensure GMP, HACCP and hygiene compliance.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry or Microbiology (minimum).
• Preferred BTech or BSc in Food Science, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Certification or working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.
