Project Architect

About the role
We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our studio in De Waterkant, Cape Town. The role is full‑time and on‑site, with an expected start date in August 2026. The successful candidate will bring 4–5 years of professional experience and will be confident in running projects independently.
Key responsibilities
- Run architectural projects independently from concept through delivery.
- Utilise ArchiCAD as the primary design tool.
- Produce visualisations using Twinmotion or other rendering software where advantageous.
Required profile
- 4–5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proven ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Strong technical, communication and presentation skills.
Required skills
- ArchiCAD (essential).
- Twinmotion or other rendering software (advantageous).
