Programmatic Solutions Consultant

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join its growing team in Germany. In this customer‑facing position you will guide enterprise advertisers and agencies through the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), helping them achieve measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship with programmatic trading desk managers.
• Onboard new traders, deliver product trainings, and support beta feature rollouts.
• Consult on business strategy, campaign planning, and execution oversight.
• Develop optimization recommendations, monitor impact, and conduct deep‑dive analyses to resolve issues.
• Advocate for customers internally, provide troubleshooting, and channel feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advertising technology and programmatic advertising.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with agencies or advertisers.
• Ability to translate complex platform features into clear business value.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
