Professional Architect – Pretoria

About the role

Our client is an international architectural firm based in Pretoria, delivering commercial, mixed‑use and residential projects locally and abroad. They are seeking a Professional Architect to lead design initiatives for a residential estate development in Stellenbosch and other large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural designs and concepts from inception to delivery.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with tender documentation and submissions.
• Provide professional design recommendations and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all designs comply with SACAP standards and relevant industry regulations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered architect with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Experience working on commercial and large‑scale projects is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
