Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day operations of a complex industrial treatment facility, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency while meeting customer expectations. Reporting to site leadership, you will coordinate production teams, monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement in a process‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to guarantee safe and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor plant performance and implement proactive measures to maximise reliability and availability.
• Ensure operational processes meet business and customer performance objectives.
• Support optimisation of production processes through continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop production personnel, allocating resources to maximise productivity.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage stock and resources to support uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operational leader with experience supervising production teams in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to improve plant reliability, availability and overall operational performance.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement.
