Product Marketing Co-ordinator - Value Added Services (2 Positions)

About the role

Hollywoodbets is looking for two Product Marketing Coordinators to join its Team Support Office in Umhlanga, Durban. The role supports the management of product sites across South Africa and international regions, implementing strategic marketing initiatives for Value-Added Services (VAS) and related products. It works alongside the Product Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Specialists and the wider Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with product suppliers and manage supplier relationships
• Maintain betting platforms by identifying gaps and introducing new features and solutions
• Identify new innovations, promotions and competitions and improve product functionality for end users
• Carry out competitor analysis, market research and project lead product testing before release to live environments
• Analyse customer and audit queries and propose ways to reduce them
• Write business requirement documents and advise on user interface and flows
• Run quality assurance tests and report on allocated products
• Work with stakeholders to grow market visibility
• Create social media content, help build influencer marketing strategies and manage the CMS with daily and weekly uploads
• Segment markets, plan and run regional campaigns and events, and identify branding and partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with retail marketing, train staff on campaigns and advise on personalised promotions
• Monitor social pages and report on all activities

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related position
• Product knowledge
• Advantageous: driver's licence and a completed or ongoing diploma or degree in a related field
