Product Marketer – African Markets (SADC & West Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketer to drive adoption of our innovative SaaS solutions across the SADC and West African markets. You will work closely with product, sales, marketing and regional strategy teams to shape positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market plans that accelerate digital adoption and B2B growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead launch of new products and features, coordinating cross‑functional teams for effective market entry.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans, ensuring alignment across product, sales and regional teams.
• Craft core messaging, value propositions and differentiated brand narratives for diverse African audiences.
• Analyse customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and changing dynamics to inform strategy.
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, battlecards and other sales‑enablement tools.
• Partner with sales, product and regional teams to align marketing and commercial strategies.
• Design integrated campaigns across social media, content marketing, SEO and traditional channels to build awareness and demand.
• Track lead generation, retention, satisfaction and loyalty using CRM and analytics data to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience adapting global product marketing messages for diverse African audiences, especially in SADC and West Africa.
• Ability to tailor strategies and content to local customer needs, cultures and market conditions.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS and B2B technology markets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics dashboards to guide positioning and strategy.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, product, marketing and regional strategy teams.
