Procurement Content Specialist

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is looking for a Procurement Content Specialist to join its Procurement team. The role focuses on maintaining high‑quality e‑catalogue and contract content for internal clients across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain contracts and e‑catalogue content for assigned categories and vendors, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation and service level agreements.
• Provide content‑management support to internal clients, including editing and updating catalogue items.
• Standardise and align Procurement Master Data in the ERP system, supporting rationalisation of material master duplicates.
• Act as a content steward, ensuring relevance and integrity of contract and catalogue information and performing terms‑and‑conditions checks.
• Collaborate with Procurement teams, internal stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to improve catalogue accuracy and communicate change requests.
• Monitor e‑catalogue utilisation, request removal of unused items, and manage contract renewals and term updates.
• Identify process‑efficiency opportunities and handle queries related to e‑catalogues, portals and contracts.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement content or contract management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and master data governance.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain accurate catalogue information.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor utilisation and recommend improvements.
