Procurement Administrator

About the role

MiWay Insurance is looking for a recent graduate to join its dynamic procurement team. As a Procurement Administrator you will support governance, ensure compliance with internal policies, and help improve operational efficiency in a fast‑moving supply‑chain environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitor compliance with legal, ethical and company procurement guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Generate reports and analytics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Technology (post‑graduate advantageous).
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience or internship exposure.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain strong organisational standards.
• Analytical mindset with a methodical, process‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Searchlight).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting.
