Primary School Personalised Learning Facilitator (Foundation Phase)

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a Primary School Personalised Learning Facilitator for its Blue Downs campus. The role focuses on driving student achievement in the foundation phase by managing the Learning Lab and delivering targeted literacy and maths interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive student culture around online learning and small‑group tutoring while maintaining high behavioural expectations.
• Coach students on the use of computer programs and ensure educational software meets learner needs.
• Develop and submit lesson plans for tutoring sessions.
• Tutor small groups in literacy and maths, and produce bi‑weekly maths progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design individualized learning plans.
• Apply SPARK culture, behaviour‑management strategies, and SEL curriculum.
• Maintain and responsibly store Learning Lab resources, report hardware damages, and keep an updated asset list.
