PPC / SEM Specialist (German Speaking)

About the role

Webrepublic, a Swiss digital agency with a South African subsidiary, is expanding its Cape Town team and is looking for a PPC / SEM Specialist. You will manage online marketing campaigns for a mix of English- and German-speaking clients, focusing on lead generation. The role reports directly to the Performance Marketing Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships through expertise, project management skills and a friendly approach
• Deliver performance marketing consulting focused on SEA
• Develop marketing concepts and analyse channels and formats
• Turn insights into reports and performance presentations
• Work with clients to build solutions aligned with their business objectives

Required profile

• National Diploma, Higher Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, marketing or communications
• 1-2 years of experience in search engine marketing (SEA)
• Fluent German with good English

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Project management and client servicing experience
• Knowledge of display/video advertising, app marketing, tracking and reporting is an advantage
