Marketing Analyst

About the role

A data expert is sought to join the marketing team as a Marketing Analyst. The role tracks and analyses campaign performance, customer behaviour and loyalty programme data, then presents insights to inform strategy and optimise marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns across channels such as email and social media, measure KPIs and identify trends
• Manage the targeted campaigns calendar and liaise with designers and copywriters to prepare campaigns
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation data to understand customer profiles and target audiences
• Monitor email open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates, and recommend improvements to email content and frequency
• Collect, clean and organise marketing data, build dashboards and reports, and use data visualisation tools to share insights
• Support the marketing team with data-driven insights, assist in market research and competitive analysis, and stay up to date with industry trends

Required profile

• Similar role experience and at least 2 years of working experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business analytics or a related field
• Good understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to work independently
