Plant Finance Manager / Controller

About the role

As the finance leader for a manufacturing site, you will safeguard financial integrity, drive performance, and support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with plant leadership to translate business proposals into actionable financial plans and ensure daily execution aligns with targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance planning, performance management, strategic planning, and annual forecasting for a plant, cluster or hub.
• Prepare financial models, target development, and performance reporting/analysis to support business decisions.
• Maintain a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring policies are understood and applied.
• Partner with plant management to provide financial insight, monitor execution, and adjust actions as needed.
• Drive harmonisation, efficiency improvements and a culture of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Finance team, recruiting talent and advancing the finance talent agenda with a focus on supply‑chain and plant controlling.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in financial planning, performance management, and cost control.
• Strong business acumen in the consumer packaged goods and snacking market, with an understanding of supply‑chain and manufacturing dynamics.
• Leadership experience in a large regional or global corporation, capable of influencing and partnering across functions.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency.
• High integrity and sound judgement aligned with corporate values and regulatory standards.
