Business Banker – Business Banking Sales & Service

About the role

Capitec is seeking an energetic Business Banker to join its business centre team. You will be responsible for driving sales and delivering service to a portfolio of business clients, helping them access specialised banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow a portfolio of business customers through proactive relationship management.
• Identify and implement value‑adding banking products and customised financial solutions.
• Prepare and motivate credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Manage cost control and sales targets to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of banking experience, preferably in business banking.
• Experience managing a portfolio of business customers with a focus on service and financial analysis.
• Diploma in Commerce or Finance; FAIS accreditation as a Key Individual is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM principles, financial statement analysis, collateral, and relevant banking regulations (FAIS, FICA).
